This retreat is designed with intention, held in limited space, and prepared with care for every woman who arrives. This policy honors the commitment you make when you register — and the commitments we make in return.
Registration and Commitment
Registration for the SISU Method™ Women’s Retreat is confirmed upon receipt of payment — either payment in full or a non-refundable deposit of $500 under the payment plan option. By submitting your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this policy.
Because retreat capacity is intentionally limited and your spot is held exclusively for you from the moment of registration, all cancellations are subject to the terms outlined below regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Cancellation Timeline and Refund Schedule
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the retreat team. The cancellation date is determined by the date the written notice is received. Refunds, where applicable, are issued within 14 business days of the confirmed cancellation date.

Note on Payment Plans: If you are enrolled in the payment plan and cancel before all payments are due, refunds are calculated based on the total amount paid at the time of cancellation, according to the schedule above. Remaining unpaid installments are voided upon confirmed cancellation. The $500 deposit remains non-refundable in all cases.
Transfer of Registration
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another qualified participant at no charge if written notice is received 30 or more days before the retreat begins. The replacement participant must complete a new registration form and meet all participation requirements.
Transfers requested fewer than 30 days before the retreat are accepted at the discretion of the retreat team and may be subject to an administrative processing fee of $150.
Registrations may not be transferred to a different retreat date without written approval from the retreat team.
Future Retreat Credit
In cases where no refund applies, the retreat team may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit toward a future SISU Method™ Retreat. Credits are valid for one calendar year from the date of the original retreat, are non-transferable, and hold no cash value. Credit requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the cancellation date.
A credit is an exceptional accommodation, not a guaranteed right, and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Medical and Emergency Situations
We recognize that unforeseen medical or personal emergencies occur. In documented cases involving serious illness, hospitalization, or a family emergency, the retreat team will review cancellation requests with compassion and reasonable flexibility. Documentation may be requested.
Medical and emergency cancellations do not automatically supersede this policy but will be considered thoughtfully. Travel insurance is strongly recommended as additional protection for all attendees.
Recommendation: We strongly encourage all participants to purchase travel insurance or event cancellation insurance prior to the retreat. Coverage is available through most travel insurance providers and can protect your investment in circumstances beyond anyone’s control.
Cancellation or Changes by the Retreat Team
Unity Impact Partners reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat in the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disaster, venue closure, public health directives, or insufficient enrollment.
In the event of a full cancellation by the retreat team, all participants will receive a full refund of amounts paid, or the option to apply their full payment as a credit toward a rescheduled date.
In the event of a venue change or date adjustment, participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered the choice to transfer their registration or receive a refund of amounts paid, less the non-refundable deposit.
Unity Impact Partners is not responsible for travel, lodging booked independently, or any other costs incurred by participants in connection with a retreat cancellation or change.
No-Show Policy
Participants who do not attend and have not submitted a written cancellation prior to the retreat start date are considered no-shows. No refund or credit is issued for no-shows.
How to Submit a Cancellation Request
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to the SISU Method™ Retreat team. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. Your cancellation is not confirmed until you receive a written acknowledgment from the retreat team. Please retain this acknowledgment for your records.

Agreement to This Policy
By completing your registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Cancellation and Refund Policy in full. This policy is binding upon registration and constitutes part of the terms and conditions of your enrollment in the SISU Method™ Women’s Retreat.
This policy is subject to change. The version in effect at the time of your registration applies to your enrollment.
